  I was happy shopping here for the first few months they were open because of customer service alone, I could get past the inflated pricing. Now finding help in the bakery or deli takes forever and the lines are steadily increasing even though the parking lot is quiet. When you ask another department for help it's just a shoulder shrug and it's not my job, disappointing. People shop at these smaller stores for the customer service.. Back to Superstore I go.

  New store to Whitehorse. Has great selection of fresh produce, great bakery and deli. Excellent, helpful, cheerful staff. Good parking. Offers points, and good deals with club point card.

  I ordered flowers to be delivered to my son & dtr-in-law for their Anniversary. Ashley from the floral department was extremely helpful and delivered the flowers to their door herself, on her own time, as this was not a service Save On in Whitehorse offered. I am very grateful for her help and for going above and beyond the call of duty. Kudos Ashley! The bouquet was beautiful!

  Really clean! It has a great atmosphere with good employees. Great deals and great products. They even have some milk near the front of the store so you don't have to go all the way too the back every time (last I checked at least). The lines are fast, even when it's really busy. You feel important there. Great store, best in Whitehorse.
