::I was a patient at the hospital for a knee replacement. The staff is attentive, and kind. Regarding food services I am Celiac, and require a gluten free diet. The food was good. I have 2 comments. If you purchase Quick Oats it does not have gluten bu some t instant oatmeal does. Quick Oats is as simple and quick. Why if there are gluten free options for oatmeal is my only choice for hot cereal is cornmeal? As well I do not care if it is frozen, I will not feel good about eating a cupcake, labelled made, in 2017. ( I have a pic). Thanks for a well run hospital.

::One time I was having a panic attack and was having severe chest pain so I drove myself to City hospital as it was closest, only to find out that it had already closed. I was hoping that I'd still be able to get some help as I was really scared and in a lot of pain, so I entered through a side door that wasn't latched. I was surprised at the lack of care for security. I wandered through the hospital and found absolutely no one. I exited through a door to an outdoor smoking area where a bunch of nurses were smoking and none of them said anything to me as I squeezed through a space in a chain link fence and went home. I think I was so weirded out by this odd experience that my panic attack eased off significantly. I had no idea that this place closes at 9pm, which is very dissapointing- I wish I could've gotten the help that I needed.

::I had a hip replaced. The pre surgery orientation was thoughtful and caring from the physio to the anaesthetist. Also very efficient to give each patient an office and then surgery team circulated. Post surgical care was also very caring. Food was okay too. One dizzy individual took me down to X-ray without the paperwork. Then after it was found it disappeared again for 20 minutes after the X-ray. Other than that it could not have been better. I have had other major surgeries at other stoon hospitals that were not very good.
