  Never in the 10 years I that I've been with Sasktel did I think that I would be completely misinformed about their service and discriminated against because I'm single with no kids. I upped my data plan to 50g a month because I was going over 20g in previous months. After purchasing the 50g plan last month I called to enquire about a $350 bill. I was told that the 50g plan was only allowed for 2 devices. It's not my fault that I live in an area where I can't even get Sasktel wifi to keep me at a lower data plan. I also don't appreciate the call centre not caring about customer service and repeatedly saying things that sound like they are reading them from a pre written card as to how to deal with their customers. If your fb page would allow a rating I wouldn't even give you 1 star.

  Poor costumer service, regarding infinet! I got told that I could get my fibre optic internet connected, so I cancelled my Shaw account! 2 weeks later when the installer arrives tells me that is not possible, because they never had the conduit installed underground! Now I have to pay the reconnect fee!!!
