  Staff that helped me was educated and really REALLY friendly - 3 stars because i just cant agree with the return policy although i do understand the positioning, i would just say to research return policy or KNOW 100% what you need to buy before purchasing. Still a good experience as far as the store goes, 3 starts just due to return policy (for un-used items)

  After visiting two other major camera stores with little luck, the person at Saneal was able to properly diagnose an issue with a used lens I bought elsewhere. Very helpful.

  I was looking for a very specific light stand and I had been to Vistek and The Camera store and neither of them had this one light stand I needed. Well The Camera Store had a floor model and wouldn't sell it to me....So annoying. Saneal also had only a floor model and they did sell it to me and I am a happy boy! Thanks so much!

  Carefully about their return policy. I bought a camera there once that was faulty out of the box. When I went back two days later they wouldn't exchange it and said they had to send it to Nikon for warranty repair and I would have to wait 6 weeks to get it back!!! Save yourself the grief and go somewhere else.
