  Amazing staff & Metro station right beside it. Great for getting around the city

  It was a nice hotel next to the Metro subway. Very convenient. Travelled to town for dessert and had a good night sleep.

  Location is good. Room service took towels and face cloths but, did not replace them. There were no towels at the pool in the morning. The fitness centre is outdated and needs to be modernized. Several pieces of equipment looked like stuff I used at University in the 1980s. Bathtub was plugged and would not drain. Was calf deep in water after a 5 minute shower. Restaurant staff was very good. Front desk staff were nice as well.

  Nice rooms. Clean. Friendly staff and very helpful. Would stay here again for sure.

  Thw room was very large. Comfortable bed. Clean. Wireless did not work and they could not fix it. Not enough elevators when the hotel is full.
