  As someone who has worked for Safeway in my younger years, I can tell you that the customer service here is not up to standard. They charge more here for the same products as Walmart however they supposed to offer super customer service in order to justify the price. This place does not fit in that realm.

  Very convient location, located right beside a few large retailers. The interior is well maintaned.

  Very friendly and efficient checkout service I witnessed that went above and beyond by covering an elderly customers groceries that was short by a few dollars. Visiting from Edmonton, and I am very impressed!!

  Bought some of their hot flings from the pre-made food area, what ever you would like to call that. Either way they were so dry that it actually hurt to eat them. At $2.49 per 100g I would expect they be well maintained. Nope they had been sitting there forever so I spent 5 bucks for garbage. Keep an eye out if you get any of the pre-made food here. Not to mention the lady who served me was pretty rude.

  I have been shopping here for years. Since Sobey's took over I have walked out often because of the poor quality of the produce. Many times I have not been able to find a decent tomato , bananas that are not overly ripe or onions that are not old and rotting. If I was the store manager i would be very concerned. Once customers walk out not being able to find basics like these it is only a matter of time before your store goes under. The prices change daily usually in the higher direction. A horrible experience overall .
