  Hendrix is the go to kitchen supply store. They have everything, including things you will want that you did not know existed. Give it a try.

  Great place to shop for specialized cooking tools. Staff is friendly...peppered with a bit of 'snootyness' that comes with specialized stores. Requested one of the sales people follow up on a request for a specialized appliance after visiting and spending a few hundred dollars....no call back. As I find typical in mid-level specialty retail outlets, customer service is 2nd to employees' task lists. 5 stars if I actually get a follow up call (not holding my breath here.....)

  Came in with an odd request. They figured out what I needed and came up with it. Price was a bit steep, but at least they had it. Service was good and friendly.

  Good place to get commercial/retail food service equipment. Great place to get all your needed kitchenwares as well as product geared completely towards commercial applications.

  Great place to pick up kitchen gadgets at a reasonable price. Staff is always ready to help.
