  Had a terrible experience. Customer service was very rude to me. Walked into the store, and was asked a few questions but then ignored by the representative. He then rudely said "Sorry, I was waiting for your attention because it looks like your more interested in your phone than talking to me." However, the only reason why I was on my phone was because he didn't made any attempt to offer advice on the shoes or help at all. I am a long time customer at Running Room because of a consistent amazing customer service, but this one fails to live up to the reputation of the others.

  Smaller store but has all the basis. Good group to run with if training for a half or full marathon

  A rather sad Running Room compared to the one at Rosedale. Lacks community spirit and no clinic members at the LTR or 5k level get together on the Wed or Sun group runs. Just disappointing and a little depressing.

  Friendly staff with a wide variety of runners. The staff were very helpful in helping me to select the styles and sizes.
