  I want to give zero star, but unfortunately it does not exist. Visited the store, poor service given by the sales person. She profiled clients in the first glance and if you're non-white, good luck! You will get either being ignored or served slowly. I was in the store, and asked for a pair of running shoes to try and it took her almost 20 minutes to bring the shoes because she kept talking a retired white person. Finally I decided to take the shoes and waited there for another 20 minutes to pay. I was not the only person waiting in line to pay; but the sales person ignored all of the customers who wanted to pay and go while she kept talking to the retired-physician. Really bad service, I will avoid going there in the future. Go to MEC, New Balance, and Sportchek, just avoid this store.

  I walked in expecting an aggressive sales pitch, but received absolutely fantastic advice for future running shoes, a review of my running gait, and an amazing price on a running jacket.

  The person working there is very knowledgeable about shoes for running. I bought a great pair that will help me fulfill my goal of running a marathon

  Helpful and friendly staff. They had the exact pair of shoes I was looking for and even threw my old ratty pair away for me.

  Great selection of shoes! However can be very understaffed at times
