  Horrible staff..especially the receptionist.. the moment you get in you feel that they don’t care & are there only for business. Rude responses. Air of attitude. Receptionist doesn’t even bother to provide basic minimum info before getting your sign on papers - potential violation of health care norms.

  Fast and very knowledgeable...on time and accurate. Most efficient medical practice I've ever seen. Thanks Dr. Gidwani and all the staff.

  I have been a patient of RHC for over 15 years. My family doctor there does not spend a lot of time chatting, which some patients would prefer, but he is knowledgeable, gets to the point, and over these years, has been very effective in ensuring I get all the care I need, when I need it. The physiotherapists are great, and the foot specialist cured my foot problems. The practice runs efficiently - I have never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes. All good.

  I really can't stand when a receptionist is being dismissive, especially when I'm in pain and I look for a 2 minute opinion. I'm going to change my family doctor because of my last interaction. I have 2, maybe 3 interactions each year with this office and leaving with a bad taste in my mouth for an extra unplanned visit is not something I want from my health care provider.

  Physio Clinic is fantastic! My doctor is good, however the doctors reception has one woman who is: - consistently rude - demonstrates very poor customer service skills - shows little regard for the patient If I experience this again - I will sadly, but rightly make a formal complaint.
