  Love going to see Sally for a manicure! Highly recommend popping by this place it is very clean and welcoming.

  My favourite nail gal Sally is here and so long as she never leaves i'll be a lifelong customer. Sally - never leave! Also all the girls there are very sweet and accommodating, and go out of their way to make you feel good. The environment is great ie. I don't feel rushed or crammed, and its tucked away in a quiet street right in the middle of the financial district. So glad I found this place, its now the only nail place I go to.

  There are many reasons why you should NOT go to this place. Here are the 2 main ones: 1) After 2 years of laser hair removal treatment at this place, I still need to wax. It seems to me they try to use lower frequency so the treatment is not as efficient and you end up buying another year. I fell for it after the first year (and bought a second year of treatment), but after the full second year, I saw almost NO difference. So I did not go for the third. Waste of money. 2) The stuff are okay-ish, but the owner... She is terrible. Just one situation where she was the least helpful: I was used to get treatment with a certain technician at the salon (c'mon, I'm stripping naked to a stranger. I think I'm allowed to want to have the same person on every treatment. Besides, I thought she did a better job and so wanted to have my sessions done with her). That was never an issue. I would get there and tell whoever was at the desk that I wanted that person and would wait until she could take me in. One day when I got there it was the owner at the desk. Upon my request to have my session done with a specific person, she just said "you cannot. you must do it with whoever is available". Long history short, I did not get my preferred technician on that session. Left very unhappy and even considered not coming back (not much option when you have already paid for the service). Just saying... best advice you can take: DON'T GO THERE!

  Been going here for years now and always have a lovely experience. The spa is family owned and they really take pride in ensuring their customers are happy. Highly recommend their laser, the Soprano, especially for darker skin tones.

  I'm shocked to see some negative reviews about this place. I literally get treated like family every time I go here. I bought a laser package and have been going to this salon for almost a year now. All staff members are super accommodating and sweet. Many other laser places burn your skin but this salon makes sure to be extra cautious when it comes to taking care of their customers. They always have little treats or goodies out too! Highly recommend!
