  I noticed several shingles missing from my roof after a severe windstorm. Lisa was fantastic in coordinating the repair on such short notice, ensuring that the roofer came the day after initial contact. The repair blended in perfectly! I am very pleased and would recommend Roofmaster with no hesitation.

  I heard roof masters was good but from my experience I do not have many positive things to say. First off Roof masters is in ottawa, so im expecting an ottawa crew to show up ...instead a bunch of kids from gatineau show up. Roofers from ottawa cannot work in quebec, so why is this company taking jobs a way from people in ottawa to give to people in gatineau...not cool . Second off i needed the crew to come back because they left my roof with one crooked maxi vent , yes a maxi vent was so crooked it was obvious to the eye standing across the street . I also noticed after a few rainfalls a bunch of cigarette butts coming out the eavestrough drain ....what disrespectful people are butting out there butts while working on your roof!!! They claimed they would clean all the roofing debris out of the eavestrough which i also called them back for ...and yesterday i climb up my garage roof ...and eavestrough still filled with shingle debris. They also are suppose silicone the steel up against the bricks and one side is just hanging in the wind ...but theres silicone on the bricks , shading craftsmanship. All i can say is its hit or miss if you get the gatineau crew say your prayers because its amateur hour. Cannot recommend at all , our neighbours are actually going to use another company based off what they saw and the mess the crew leaves behind.

  Just got our roof done for the second time with Roofmaster. We went back to them because of the excellent customer service they have provided to us. There were some problems with the first roofing job in 2003, and the owners came back personally and made it right. Because of this we were confident in hiring Roofmaster again. They are easy to deal with, extremely knowledgeable about products on the market, and they stand by their work. The young men who worked on our roof were pleasant to deal with, very conscientious and really cared about the quality of their work. I have recommended them to friends without hestitation.
