  Very helpful when you need to get your phone plan or phone changed. Big store and friendly staff.

  I signed up with Rogers to save money with a shared plan and ASKED IN STORE FOR A MOCK BILL AND ALL COSTS ONLY TO FIND OUT ON MY FIRST BILL THEY LIED. Not only did they fail to activate my phone for 4 days but they added a bunch of additional costs which were not discussed in store even with me asking for everything up front.Do not deal with this store their staff is incompetent and deceitful. Called Rogers customer service and got no help do not deal with these theives . BEWARE AND LOOK ELSEWHERE. Rogers... Where we lie with a smile 😀

  I love this store! All the staff are pleasant and helpful. I was in a rush so the manager and sales associates all helped me and I got in and out with my new phone quickly.
