  Bought a new phone with new plan. Bought a new case and screen protector. Screen protector started bubbling after two days. Brought it back to the store with receipt to have new screen protector put on. Lady was extremely rude, said they do not guarantee the product to be perfect, and it was my responsibility to have it replaced. So the store does not guarantee what they sell. DO NOT BUY ACCESSORIES FROM THE STORE THEY WILL NOT REPLACE THEM! Horrible service.

  Ugh. It's rogers... Customer service is absolutely what they do not strive for. Having said that, the young woman who helped me was extraordinarily helpful and pleasant...i only wish her talents weren't restricted and wasted by rogers corporate policy.
