  Very helpful and pleasant staff. Good service provided. Store gets very busy which can mean very long waiting times. Not sure if they have an appointment system if not may be a way forward to have a designated person dealing with appointments.

  The staff is good, and helpful when tbey can be. Unfortunately, they are never able to help me. It is always "call in to customer service" "We cant edit phone plans" "We cant push services to your phone" Again, the staff is excellent! Its the business model of rogers that absolutely sucks.

  Poor customer service. "Sorry thats not our problem" is not. Customer service. 2 phones purchased same time, one eligible for repair, the other one not. If i want to just pay for a new phone, "Sure, but your monthly plan has to be more!"
