  I've had only great experiences with Dr. JoAnne Rochon & her team! She's been my dentist for years, and I've been very happy with the results & customer service! I would recommend her to anyone that might be looking for a dentist or braces! One of the best in town!

  My son had regular braces (not high speed) installed. He had a major infection. She performed the work without any anesthesia. My son was such in pain, this was unbearable, it is hard to describe. I felt we were back in the stone age. I lost confidence and had the damages checked out right away by our regular dentist who confirmed he did not get anesthesia and was surprised the worked was performed without it. The staff at the office are very friendly, but unfortunately they do not give the treatment. I would highly recommend going elsewhere. If you need more details, do not be afraid to contact me.

  As a patient who has received most of their orthodontic care from an other professional, I definitely would not recommend Dr. Rochon for emergency or short-term orthodontic work. She neither explains the procedures, nor does she listen to your concerns. When she cannot fix a problem, she simply stops responding to your emails and phone calls. Very disappointing and a waste of money that would be better spent seeing an other orthodontist.

  I have been a patient with Dr. Rochon since November 2012 and have been so pleased with the experience. Her staff are so nice and friendly. She seems a little busy at times but the overall service is great!

  Dr. Rochon does not live up to promises or expectations. Once you have are a patient and have paid she doesn't take the time to explain procedures, what to expect or even to say goodbye and when to come back. She has not instilled a sense of confidence in the treatment, or even competence. At times she has moved a tooth up during one visit only to tell me they are moving it down during the next visit. While my teeth are straighter, the results have taken way longer and are way below expectations or promises. She even performed unexplained extra services without discussing or indicating the additional costs. I would reccomend people to do more research and try someone else.
