  I would highly recommend BA Robinson Lighting & Bath. In lighting Barb Renaud has been our account manager/designer. Barb has been very accommodating with her time, knowledge in both product and design and always responds to any requests in a timely manner. For a process that can be overwhelming when designing a home - Barb makes it simple. Jade also on Barb's team has been also very helpful and pleasant to work with when Barb has been busy. Two thumbs way up! Tanya Barkley in the plumbing/bath department - has been a pleasure to work with. Having worked in the field as a plumber this gal knows her stuff! Tanya was prompt with responding back to us, always very pleasant and determined to find solutions to our endless requests. Thank you Barb, Tanya and Jade.... you guys are dynamite ! (PS. Call a head and make an appointment, they'll be ready for you)

  We went to Robinson looking for a new faucet for our kitchen and one for a bathroom. We were in the store for about 30 mins. It was not terribly busy and there were employees who were not occupied with other customers but no one offered to help us. We had a few questions but did not have an opportunity to ask them. There was a faucet there that we would have purchased but we will buy it from a store where we are not ignored!
