::Been going here for about 6 years. The first 4 years I paid regular rate and was more than happy to as it is a great deal. For the last two years I have had medical problems and haven't been able to work regularly so I applied for their financial assistance program. I can't explain how wonderful everyone I have dealt with has been. With my mobility issues its really important to have a safe and comfortable place to work out and they always go above and beyond. Removing financial barriers to those in need is such a wonderful thing that they do, and when I am able to pay full price again I will be more than happy to as I know that they are such a great organization.

::This gym have abselutly everything you need. Great equipment and they have classes running all day. The instructors are friendly, motivating and knowledgeable. They also have a great swimming pool with a hotub, sauna and steam room. And the showers and locker rooms are well kept and always clean.

::Reasonably priced and clean but if you're looking for great fitness instructors for group classes, look elsewhere. While I've had a couple good-great instructors, I've also had poor instructors (spin & yoga specifically) that actually taught unsafe classes or left first timers completely on their own. I'll be looking for a new facility soon that has consistently great instructors that are focused on making sure people are getting effective and safe - as well as fun - workouts/practices. I'm experienced in fitness and have some training so watching new people struggle is super disappointing and frustrating and in a city where you can't throw a stick without finding an instructor of something, it's just unacceptable.
