  If you are looking for a physiotherapist then call Optimal Physiotherapy Clinic and book an appointment with Adetunji Bello, or T.J. for short. Over the years I have been treated by quite a few physiotherapist in the Ottawa area and T.J. is the best. I thought my knee was damaged beyond repair and am very happy to say that T.J. was able to heal it. He is very knowledgeable and I am forever grateful to him that I am back in the gym. Thank you T.J. !!

  Very good servicies for resonable prices. TJ is very knowledgeable,caring and friendly. He is treating my knees and he is doing a great job helping me lot with my pain. Clinic is spacious and clean.
