  Good: Suites are modern, equipped with a full kitchen and laundry services. Private balcony. Smart TV. The Bad: Knives in the kitchen we're absolutely dull. No trays to use for cooking in the oven. The lamp in the bedroom did not work. No real desk space to work from.

  Really nice hotel. Rooms are modern and clean. Usually quiet. Hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. Bed are soft and clean. Bring your own pillow tho cause these ones suck.

  Super nice hotel. Great rooms with full Kitchenettes. Walking distance to great pubs and eateries. A coffee shop attached to the building makes for a nice wake up. Heated garage parking is clutch in the throes of winter. Worth the coin!

  Of all the hotels I've been to, this is the best. I've been here for more than a month. Nice rooms, friendly front desk. As to the thermostat and the AC unit, it is a little complicated. I downloaded the manual and was able to set it to my comfort temperature. Sometimes the AC unit would stop work, all you have to do is to open the sliding door to to the closet where the unit is hiding, shut the power off for 10 minutes, turn it back on, you'll be good.
