  i made the mistake of thinking my insurance was active when it wasnt (they sent the card early) and was a bit shocked to see that they wouldnt cover it. the manager was more than understanding and met me half way which is great business practises and excellent customer service. receptionist was nice about the whole thing and the hygenist did an excellent job. going back there for sure

  Dr. Emmanuel Osegbue FAMILY PHYSICIAN in Fort McMurray is hands down the most thorough, attentive and caring professional in town. I've gone through pretty much ALL the "family physicians" in town and he gets a full 5 stars in my book! (which I don't easily give). So many times I've had urgent matters that he MAKES time for me. I know he has a lot of patients... but he has a knack for making each of the patients feel as though they are his VIP GUESTS. He is such a professional man and super respectful; encouraging and quite frankly a man of medical integrity! As picky as I am ... I am sticking with this Dr for good! BTW: He's excellent with the kids! 5-STAR DR!

  Dr. Yap and the team at River City Dental provide exceptional service. As a new patient, Dr. Yap was very quick to accommodate, assess and fix a concerning issue. Through good discussion, I was also able to develop a go forward plan for future preventative work.Very professional staff and clean facility. My family (including 2 young kids) and I are in good hands with River City Dental!

  They got me in extremely quick for a problem. I am going on vacation right away and they got me in. The staff were very nice and wanted to make sure my vacation was going to be good. Fair pricing and because I do not have coverage yet they did not try gouging me. Highly recommend going here and will return. Thank you very

  Today my four year old son had his first check up. They were so amazing! The hygienist explained to my son everything she was doing before it was done so he wouldn't be scared. The staff were so kind and polite. Best place in town hands down! Thank you guys for a great first experience, my son is excited to come back in a year 😄
