  I recently purchased a road bike from Ridley's and my experience was phenomenal from start to finish! On my initial visit I had already been to a few shops and had a learned a little bit of knowledge as to what I was looking for. Raf the sales team member was very friendly and super helpful in answering all my newbie questions. I was able to test ride as many bikes as I wanted and was offered a great selection of models, brands and price points. I did not end up purchasing anything on my first visit but was given Raf's contact information to help answer any questions that came up after I left. For the next few weeks I did some further research on the bikes I's tested out and was in constant contact with Raf. He was so incredulity patient and kind while I pestered him with multiple emails back and forth trying to decide on which bike to get! In the end his knowledge and expertise lead to me to find the perfect bike for me. He was kind enough to hold onto the bike for me at the shop until I got all my funds sorted out and I had the time to come back to the store. When I arrived at the shop , the bike was there ready for my fitting and Raf helped answer the rest of my questions. They were very understanding of the fact that I was making a big purchase and didn't push the sale in any way. I left the shop that day a proud owner of my very first fancy road bike!! I took the bike home immediately and went for a long ride and fell in love with the bike. Ive been riding it everyday since! Big thanks and shout out to Raf for being so patient, helpful and knowledgable. I wouldn't have found the perfect bike without his assistance. I will definitely be back for all of my bike related needs in the future!

  Great experience for a beginner cyclist! I bought my first road bike at Ridley's last month, and am incredibly happy with my purchase. The staff were very knowledgeable, and encouraged me to test ride a number of bikes to find the right fit for me. My bike was fitted for me and I was given helpful suggestions for accessories and apparel without feeling pressured for a sale. I will definitely be returning to Ridley's for any future bike purchases or assistance!

  Great bike shop with very knowledgeable and helpful staff. They spent a long time explaining a lot of bike basics and making sure I got the right bike for what I needed without sales pressure.

  Solid shop. Good selection of bikes and gear. Nice that they carry Assos. A bit out of my way, but for that one-off trip, usually worth it.

  Great staff. Helpful and knowledgeable. Decent selection for bikes. Wish I had more money so I could buy another.
