::Huge shout out to Lesley!!! Ordered some jackets online and thought that when I did store pickup it meant that the store I chose already had the items and I could grab next day. Found out that it would take about 3-5 business days for my items to come in from Montreal. Called and Lesley took care of everything!!! Went in and got the items I wanted - but most importantly she made sure that Ricki's Customer Service took care of my refund right away once the items from Montreal came in. SHE'S A GEM!!! Thank you so much :)

::Love the work fashions at this store. Always wait for a sale, haven't had to buy anything at regular price. Staff are quite helpful and friendly.
