::Absolutely horrible. One male pharmacist has no clue what he's doing. Waited 15 minutes in the front of the line to drop off a prescription. Guy in front of me called in a prescription yesterday and it wasn't ready! I was told to come back in a hour for a 5 pill prescription for a common cold. Came back 2 hours later and they haven't even started it yet. From the other female employees they all seem frustrated at this guy. Will NEVER come back. What a joke.

::It's like no one works here. Always a crappy experience. I had to leave money on the counter one time because no one was around... I only go there for Ginger Ale if I'm waiting for a Dr nextdoor... Just go to the Sobeys.

::The pharmacy staff are helpful and generally available for hands on assistance the moment it's required. Their repeating perscription system usually gets their customers perscriptions automatically ready for the day their customers need it.

::My family and I have been going to this pharmacy for years and we were always so pleased with the service. We knew everyone that worked there and never had a problem. It appears there has been a complete switch in management and staff and it is horribly run. I have been put on hold every time I called and ended up having to go in each time to fill my prescriptions because they never picked the phone back up. The staff is not near as knowledgable or friendly and they are so slow and disorganized. We are all switching pharmacies.

I CAN NOT TAKE A CHANCE TO MY HUSBAND HEALTH THEY MIGHT GAVE HIM WRONG MEDICATION
