::Excellent service, especially from the pharmaceutical staff. They do seem understaffed sometimes though.

::I wouldn't even give 1 star, but it was the lowest I could go. Brutal experience at this drug store today. I went in with a prescription for Percocet immediately after my Drs apt. I was in too much pain to go to my regular pharmacy, I actually got off the bus where I did because I saw the pharmacy. I was the only person there under 70, and I was treated like a crack head by the pharmacist (who is also apparently the owner). They asked to see my id...no problem. Then they said they couldn't fill the prescription because I've never used that pharmacy before. Then I asked why she couldn't use my id: because I could've doctored (ALL!) of my id. But what about the prescription? I could've stolen it! So she called my dr to make sure I did just come from there. When that was confirmed I was then told that she needed to call the dr back, because I had been prescribed morphine yesterday and he didn't give instructions to stop taking it. So they called back. I called her out on all of this terrible profiling....and she told me I was suspicious to her because I'm from out of town (I live in the country an hour away), and my doctor is in Ottawa (why should I change Drs? I'm happy with him and don't mind the drive), and because I went to the hospital in Ottawa (I moved last Thursday to Ottawa, but still own my home in the country). Now if I'd been 60+ I would not have had to wait almost an hour, in excruciating pain (publicly crying!) to get my prescription. She was incredibly rude to me, telling me she was too busy to hear my reasons that countered her suspicion. I will not use that store EVER again, and plan to make a formal complaint to the pharmacists governing board. No one should have to deal with being treated like that!
