::I called on a Wednesday and asked them to fax my prescription renewal to my doctors office and they said it should be ready by the next afternoon. So Thursday I came and they hadn’t faxed it. A little annoyed I left and came back the next day and they STILL hadn’t faxed it. If you are thinking about sending your prescriptions to this location, don’t. Unless you enjoy waiting around without your medication.

::The staff are nice enough, but the wait time for prescriptions just keeps getting longer and longer. First it was 25 minutes, went up to 35 minutes. Last few months it was 45 minutes and when I went last weekend they told me it would be an hour. I tried doing it online once, but it got messed up and I still had to wait 30 minutes when I got there. Transfered to Wal-mart where I got my prescription in 20 minutes. (Would have been faster if Rexall hadn't put him on hold for about 5 minutes.)

::I've been using the pharmacy for years and the pharmacists are friendly and helpful. The store also has several long-term full time staff that are excellent.

::AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS!!! They mess everything up, and I mean everything! I call them, get put on hold and hung on often. They call and say prescriptions are ready but don't have them ready when you go to get them. Waiting inline for simple things has literally taken me 40 minutes with only 2 people ahead of me. Choose to go anywhere else.

::Good variety but the worst customer service ever. Seems like they get paid to be rude to customers. I was inline in second, one cashier said sorry I am closing. Second cashier said I am done too, there was no note or warning that this cashier is being closed, I wasted my time waiting in the line and this was not even closing time. First and last visit to this Location. Don’t go here if you want to be treated with dignity and respect.
