  To be clear it is the pharmacy that has had multiple issues with lost prescriptions.

  Often doesn't have my medication ready time when ordered through their phone system, days in advance. Over charges for their prescriptions. Most pharmacies don't add on an extra random fee. Changes prescriptions to generic with out warning, that causes adverse. side effects. One of the pharmacists allows their children behind the counter. This very unprofessional and creates liability issues. I would recommend that in my opinion people avoid this pharmacy unless they want to be mistreated. Update: 29/11/2016 Now changes medication to generic varieties even after adverse reaction forms from Dr has been filled out. Pharmacist lies over the phone about changes of the generic variety, even though medication is clearly not the same brand.

  Like a typical Rexall their items are a little pricey, but offer reasonable sales. Nice clean and properly lit store in a fairly new building. Pharmacy is well set up and staff are friendly. Offers flu shots and an Appletree is on site at the Montreal Rd. entrance. Ample parking. Accepts airmiles.
