::The location was perfect, we visited Ottawa to go to a concert at the National Arts Center which was only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. There were plenty of bars within a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel and there was a nice little park right across the street for our dog to enjoy. The rooms themselves were clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating

::Large suite was very comfortable. A bit dated but so convenient and the tall ceilings are nice. Parking was $23/night but underground so great for bad weather. Good location.

::A nice hotel overall. The rooms and the building itself was clean. A fantastic location, 5 minutes from Parliament Hill and right in the midst of Centretown. Suites are also very nice at a relatively fair rate. The staff was courteous and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Great for a family stay too. Highly recommended.

::A wonderful place. I enjoyed my one month stay. Never had a single complain. The service was exceptionally good. I would recommended the hotel to anyone visiting Ottawa .

::Good experience! I wish the rooms were more updated though. Other than that- it was good! Family friendly, complimentary breakfast and great location. I would definitely come back! :)
