::Technicians are helpful. Store policy however, is a kinda wierd though . they had no tax day and at the same time they had a promotion of 20% off from kitchen sinks, but when you buy on instead of giving tax exclusion on the reduced they charge you for taxes!!! Because they don't apply both promotions.

::today in the plumbing dept i watched as an emplolyee told a customer that you do not have to clean copper pipe before soldering.if all knows pipes will not bond causeing major problems,maybe if you do not know what you are doing dont give BAD advice to others

::Terrible customer service. They totally did not respect their 90 days return policy. I purchased the same product for two times ( all less than 90 days), but different price, due to their promotion. I was told can get refund only at the lower price I paid. And I was asked to go other store to get a refund. Even the managers are totally not respect the policy they put on the wall. How can they manage a store??? Will never go back to this store !!!!!

::Meeting of employee that is disrespectful, very rood, dose not answered questions, he went to the next client after us and we waited for 20 minuets before he came back to us, he kept interrupting us and he kept repeating that he wanted the information that we were looking for. This experience mite make me regret trusting Reno Depot and mite make never want to go to Reno Depot ever again, we are very disappointed in Reno Depot.

::I bought an ARCTIC KING, 3-IN-1 AIR CONDITIONER 12,000 BTU from this store. it was impossible to install it on my window because of it's very simple design problem. It was leaking from bottom. It makes noise like an airplane. So after only 1 time use I took it back to the store and asked for refund, because the item was impossible to install and was leaking. The person in charge came to me with an angry face, as if I'm a criminal. he told the clerk to refund it. after a few minutes he came back and changed his mind and told me: "we are not here to borrow you air conditioner!". I asked: "Are you sure I'm abusing the terms and I'm bringing it back because I have used it enough and I don't need it anymore?", And I continued: "I only used it five hours and it was useless". He turned his face and left and prevented the cashier to refund. I asked for their manager, they called his assistant, The assistant introduced himself as the manager, although it was obvious that he couldn't be the manager. They told me it's refundable only if the box is not opened :)) . I told them when I was buying it, when I asked about its level of noise, I was told I can ask for refund till 90 days and there is no reason to worry about it. But they ended the discussion saying IT'S IMPOSSIBLE. Then I went to another Reno Depot store and returned the Item and got my money back. Avoid ARCTIC KING and AVOID RENO DEPOT, specially its MARCHÉ CENTRAL store!!! Terrible customer service and rude staff at all levels!!!!
