  Terrible Office, I don't even know where to begin, most of the Agents who work in this office are heavy drug users. I visited this office years ago I was using one of their agents to buy a property, Cathy Kozma she belittled her front desk staff in front of me and complained that the staff there were incompetent ( great first impression) then i met one of her Colleagues Arnell Renda, WOW ! she was swearing at the front desk and constantly rubbing her nose and sniffing, and making what they call "coke faces". I have no idea how this office is still operating with these characters. If you need to buy a house visit Re/max West High Park office where the Management and Agents are professional.

  The agent I dealt with at this location was unprofessional and is using deceptive advertising practices, when I called to make a complaint to the manager the manager was even MORE unprofessional. Remax head office should look into the practices of this office.
