  I was told to fill out a warranty parts from and send it in. Never heard back or was credited for the warranty part. called again and was told I need to send the old part in to get the credit. Was not told this originally. Been trying to get through to find out how to get this old parts to them and it keeps dropping my call every time it transfers me to the parts dept. Me and my colleges only use this place when we have no other choice. I cant imagine we are alone in this.

  Great service. They have the little parts you need even if it takes a while to have them shipped in. Also I apprieciate that as an amatuer they are patient and don't talk down to you.

  Worst service ever. Very disorganized. Asked to use my blow dryer to defrost my fridge (why doesn't he have his own-or a heat gun??) After 30 mins of running my dryer I mentioned that need it for work and not to blow up... he insulted me and then refused to fix my fridge under the 3 month warranty(broke down after 2 months). Im out $200 and a fridge worse off than before, this company is a joke.

  They seem unorganized with regards to ordering parts. Never got a call back once about my order. I had to call 5 times to finally get what I needed when I was told that I didn't need to call and that they would call me. It also took almost 2 months. They do have good prices and the people are friendly.

  I went in to order a replacement oven igniter. Rather than sell me something I didn't need, they tested my broken part. Turns out it wasn't broken, just needed some cleaning up.. they saved me time and money. Will be my first choice next time I need appliance parts. Thank you.
