::Use this registry as a last resort! This registry has been nothing but a massive inconvenience. I went in to have my ID card replaced and the employee I dealt with made a mistake with my name even though I provided four different forms of ID including my passport and birth certificate. When I called to ask about the complaint and what could be done I was told "I don't know, call back tomorrow". AVOID THIS REGISTRY, DON'T IGNORE THE REVIEWS LIKE I DID.

::I can't give a 0, but that is what this place really deserves. I've never been to a place where the employees hold themselves in such high regard, and yet they don't have the basic skills and knowledge to do their simple job properly. Inability to communicate effectively to customers is a key issue. Further, the manner in which they speak down to people who come into the post office or the registry is demeaning and rude. Take your business elsewhere if you want to be treated like a human.

::if I could give a 0 star rating I would. Been here a couple times since I moved into the area to pick up parcels. The first time was good, the guy seemed to understand my frustrations, however, all other times I have been helped by this woman who is condescending, rude, unwilling to help and has no compassion, or shred of humanity about her. I will be moving my business elsewhere to avoid her even though it will mean O have to travel further to get service. I work customer service myself and I cant believe she still has a job.
