  I booked an appointment with them for 2:00 pm... I showed up at 1:50and was told that they had given my spot to someone else... they never even apologized. this was un-professional and rude. If you can't keep appointments you can't keep clients and I will not choosing this salon in the future. When you are one of 6 hair salons in the mall you should try to serve customers.

  My Singletons down the street had actually wrongfully accused me of having lice before kicking me out. After the negative experience I decided that I should upgrade! My older sister had always gone to Regis back when it was next to Safeway in polo park and I decided I'd give it a shot. As someone whos quite indecisive and nervous around new people they made me feel right at home! It was a great experience and the woman did a fantastic job!!!

  got my hair cut yesterday by Rosa, I gave here the most simple instructions anyone could have given her, and she still messed up my hair!!! I’ve been cutting men’s hair for 6 years, and I could tell she didn’t know what she was doing!! When I pay $33 I expect to be on that chair for a good 40 min. She took 10 min!! She was really nice to talk to but when it comes to cutting hair I think her future isn’t very bright. But I love the environment! Plan on going back but trying out someone else.

  I've been to Regis Polo Park a couple of times to get my hair done with Marie, and for sure will be dealing with her again in the future. She has provided me excellent customer service for all of my visits! I am glad to say that she is such a friendly and easy to talk to person! I can always count on her for hair advice and for making my hair look absolutely fabulous!! Thanks again Marie! I highly recommend her! :)

  First off i have to say Regis Hair Salon is the best Salon i have been to. I was introduced to this salon when my hair was in shambles. My stylist Diana brought my hair back to life and 2 years later and i still love her!!! My hair is amazing and i always get complimented for the styles, colors and techniques she uses. GO TO DIANA! I will also add, Regis hair salon employs educated, friendly and experienced stylists!! I have not had a bad experience. Gold medals ladies 🙏🏻🙌🏻👏🏻
