::I feel so bad about this flower store. I told them I need 49 tulips put them together and design it. And I want them to put my words on it. I told them almost three weeks before delivery date. They didn’t do anything. The flower even still not open yet. The funny thing is they didn’t forget to put their advertise on the top of the flower. Can you guys be more professional? I was just so disappointed. I won’t buy flower from this store anymore. This store is terrible.

::My boyfriend ordered me a beautiful rose arrangement and teddy bear yesterday for valentines and specifically told them they need to be delivered by 3 pm. He called them around 2 pm as I still had not received any flowers and they told him they could not promise they would be delivered so he cancelled the order and wanted a refund. Well here it is the day after Valentines and guess what shows up at my work. The roses that I was suppose to get on Valentines... $160.00 later and a day late, I DO NOT WANT THESE FLOWERS NOW! I have tried to call Red Rose 10 + times and of course no answer and the mailbox is full. I will be hand delivering these back to them after work and will not be leaving until they refund the money. AVOID THIS PLACE! While the arrangement is beautiful you cannot just drop off flowers that are quite expensive after someone has cancelled the order and expect them to pay it ***UPDATE** IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS REPLY - WHAT A JOKE , I DID NOT GET TO KEEP MY FLOWERS. INSTEAD I HAD TO WASTE MORE TIME AND FUEL TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY FROM THE SOUTH TO RED ROSE TO DELIVER THE ROSES BACK AS MARGE TOLD ME THAT WAS THE ONLY WAY I WOULD RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. NOT TO MENTION THE REFUND TOOK ALMOST 2 WEEKS. ** AVOID THIS PLACE - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOW OWNERSHIP LYING TO MAKE THEMSELVES LOOK GOOD** CONSUMER BEWARE WHEN READING REVIEWS BASE YOUR CHOICE OFF THE TRUE CUSTOMER REVIEWS NOT THE PATHETIC REPLY FROM THE OWNER**

::Ordered online on a Sunday around 10 am for same day delivery. After reading a few reviews I called them and made sure that it would be delivered today before 5 pm and they actually were able to deliver the flowers before 4. The lady on the phone was professional and accommodating. The flowers looked nice and so did the vase. It’s a bit pricey but the whole process was just smooth with no hiccups.

::My sweet husband ordered flowers to be delivered to me on Valentine’s day and they just never showed up. When he tried calling in the evening, not only was there nobody to answer the phone, but the voicemail was full. This is our local flower shop and for several years we have been steady customers (for various occasions). I often left the store chuckling at how rude some of the employees were, but generally speaking was happy with the product. However, after this experience, it’s safe to say we will be ordering our flowers elsewhere going forward - isn’t Valentine’s Day *THE* day a flower shop needs to ‘get it right’?!? Yikes
