  I went to open an account. I was impressed. Rhonda helped us and we couldn't have asked for a better person. She was lovely and helpful. I havent visited any other bank here in Vancouver, but It sure was a positive experience

  I've been there today and I had the worst experience at RBC with one of the staff named Nicolas. He doesn't know how to deal with people nicely. I was asking him to close my bank account after 5 years being with RBC. The manager came to me and he was a respectful person. Finally he solve my problem. If you see him working there try to avoid going to him cause there are definitely nicest staff there who can help better.

  Monday 5:45 pm. Line of 7 people and only 1 working counter. Is that how you value your customers? Most important your recorded phone message goes on and on about your excellent customer service.

  Had an extremely good experience here. The staff were all very polite and made sure to make me feel welcome. Setting up a new account was a pain free and simple process. They explained everything in as much detail as needed without wasting my time. As a new arrival to the country it was nice to have an overview of how the Canadian banking system works.
