  One of the worst banks we’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Constantly putting holds on my cheques because they come from a First Nations community. Constantly bouncing my mortgage because the try to take it out the day before my mortgage company has asked them too which is a complete money grab on their part. Racist, ignorant, rude staff. Refuse to handle and rectify their mistakes. Closing all accounts and moving to my local credit union.

  Although I hate the fact that all the RBC branches close so early, their staff is actually very courteous, respectful, and professional. They're the only reason why I'd ever consider continuing banking with RBC.

  I am very disappointed in the service because some machine or other is broken so the tellers are in a lineup for the machines. some tellers don't have access to depositing cash, others have other issues. The business line is open sometimes. One time it was shut-down as I approached the teller. EXTREMELY inconvenient hours. Close at 4 pm and not open on Sunday...REALLY!!! I try to avoid this bank as much as possible and try to do my deposit elsewhere.
