::Worst experience EVER!! The teller didn't know what she was doing...as a business owner I am very disappointed of the services provided .. she even wanted to do a transaction her way.... I've stepped in to tell her the way I want to be reflected on my statement... as a former employee, it was the worst experience I've had... even her English level wasn't good ... very hard to understand her.. if I could rate her on a minus scale.. I would give her the lowest, she was rude and defensive ... if I'm not mistaking her name is Thao or something like that. .
