  Horrible service at lunch hour. Made me wait for 20 minutes to access my safe only because they told me to wait on the side watching all the customers pass in front of me

  Always long waits for service here. Occasionally they'll throw extra staff into the line to help, but they always start from the back of the line... Do you not know how lines work? Maybe helping the person that just walked in instead of others that have been waiting for 15 minutes only makes everyone angrier.

  Je suis une professionnelle et j'ai souvent affaire avec des institutions financière. Je me suis fait refuser un dépôt et je n'ai jamais de problème avec la caisse ou la BNC.

  Très beau building. Le service est correct, ATM propres et bien surveillé.

  Absolutely love this RBC! Such and amazing crew who are so down to earth and relate-able! Always a great experience there! Carlos, and the Afro-Canadian teller, (did not get her name) are absolutely amazing!!!!
