  Great Hotel, Friendly Staff, Very Clean Rooms, Just minutes from the Avalon Mall, and Chapters. We always stay at the Ramada when we visit the City.

  Fairly decent hotel. Nothing really memorable. Entryway is awkward. There are 2 sets of glass doors which is a pain when dragging luggage. Then down 3 stairs which is also a pain with luggage. Not sure how handicap people get in here. There is a full restaurant which I have not tried yet. Never has many people in it. Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom is tiny and dark. Location was ok for why I was here, but visitors will likely want to stay closer to the water front. That's where all the action is.

  Oddly, the entrance I used, leading to the front desk was not wheelchair accessible. However, the rooms themselves are a nice size and very well maintained. The beds themselves have think, comfortable mattresses. The staff on duty was incredibly welcoming.

  A nice spot. Good food. Located near lots of shopping and other activities. I've never had an issue with my times here!

  Very comfortable room only stayed overnight. Nice and quiet, lovely night's sleep and shower and coffee in the morning. Would stay again
