  I am quite surprised by any good review on RAGQ. I rented two apartments in the course of the last year, one for my mum, and one for a colleague of mine and her family. The first time we had mice issues in the apartment. Looking from where the mice might have come, we found traps in the apartment, which means that either them or the owner knew about the problem and they just rented us the apartment with mice inside without solving the issue first. They told me that I had to solve the issue by myself with the owner (for what reason are you there and take provisions then, if I have to do the job that you`re supposed to do???). I never got the money back from the owner for the time my mum moved out of the apartment. A few weeks later I told them I never got the cheque and they never replied! Needless to say that the interactions either by phone or by email were really unprofessional. I thought it was just a case and decided to trust them a second time. My colleague selected a place, RAGQ told her that the place was available and then they stopped following up. When they recontacted her after several attempts, they increased the price of the apartment, but finally, AFTER INSISTING, kept the original one "`since we made you wait". What is worse is that when my colleague left they charged her credit card of 300+ CA$ without any notice for a damage to the mattress that was not there when my colleague arrived or left. In this case the RAGQ personnel was not just unprofessional but rude. Even in the case it is you who damage something, they should notify you when withdrawing money from your credit card. My colleague found out just looking at her statement! I suggest to stay clear from this agency.

  J'ai loué un appartement dans le cadre de mes études et je n'ai pas été déçu. Certaines personnes disent que les prix sont assez élevés, mais elles ne prennent pas en compte le fait que tout est inclus dans le prix de la location : l'électricité, le téléphone, la télévision, box internet, etc. De plus, les serviettes et la literie sont mis à disposition par les locataires, ce qui rend vraiment plus simple l'installation au Canada. Aussi, à mon appartement, la personne s'occupant des lieux était vraiment à l'écoute des gens et était toujours prête à nous aider en cas de besoin. Enfin, les démarches pour dégoter un appartement sont assez faciles et le personnel de RAGQ a vraiment été à l'écoute et m'a permis de trouver le logement qui correspondait et à mes critères et à ma plage de présence. Bref, si une ou plusieurs personnes ont besoin d'un logement au mois à Montréal, c'est le site à utiliser. Je recommande vraiment.

  Cela fait maintenant plusieurs logements loués avec la RAGQ (sur plusieurs années) et toujours autant satisfait. Les logements correspondent bien aux photos publiées, et sont toujours propres. Jean-Christophe LAVOIE nous a particulièrement aidé dans la recherche des différents logements. Grâce à ses précieux conseils nous avons toujours été satisfait des places où nous avons été. Jean-Christophe a par ailleurs été disponible pour nous et ce peu importe la question. Je ne peux que recommander RAGQ et plus particulièrement Jean-Christophe !!!

  J'ai loué un logement pour une durée de 4 mois à Montréal l'été dernier. Tout c'est bien déroulé. Un service rapide et efficace. Mon appartement était tel que présenté sur les photos, il était prêt et propre à mon arrivée. Mon dépôt de garantie m'a été restitué 3 jours suivants mon départ.Très satisfait de la RAGQ et merci à Jean-Christophe Lavoie. À recommander!
