  Overall a good stay. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms are average but I love that the windows opened. The Internet was very good with no problems or dead zones. One thing they need to do is update their ice machines. Ones on the 10th and 12th floors barely worked at all.

  Hotel staff are excellent. Clean facilities and good rates. Beds were not very comfortable. Good stay overall.

  Nice hotel located beside 3 great restaurants. The staff is extremely friendly. I was booking a room for events that we will be holding and they were very professional and accommodating!

  We've stayed at the Radisson, in Kitchener, twice due to the passing of a family member. Both times they offered a special rate, plus exceptional accommodations and service. It was so comforting to gather in the breakfast room the morning before my mother's funeral last year and after the celebration of life for a dear friend this week.
