  William is great, always professional but friendly. Never makes you feel uncomfortable. I would highly recommend his shiatsu massage and acupuncture, they have really helped with the chronic pelvic pain I have. His evening and Saturday appointments also make it easy to fit my treatments around a a full time job and a busy schedule.
