  The staff here are very helpful and polite, the view from the harbour facing windows is absolutely amazing, there is a restaurant attached to the building and if you opt for a delivery it will come straight to your room. Great place, great people!

  We ate at the restaurant at the hotel. Food is pricey, but wasn't great quality for what you pay. It also takes quite a while to get your food. I had the sizzling fajitas, which were not bad, but the cold setup was quite small. The Caesar salad was quite tasty and was a good portion. Overall, it's fine but not great.

  Staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive. Room was clean and cozy, with a nice view of the harbour (glad the hotel lived up to its name!). Definitely a great budget option if you don't want to go bankrupt on the Sheraton.

  You get a nice harbor view as long as your room is facing that direction, they're usually booked but the rooms are nice as well as the staff. Lots of food places within walking distance. I would stay here again.

  I had an excellent stay here in December. When I got home to BC I spent a week looking for my favorite sweater before I recalled hanging it in the closet in the hotel room. When I called they quickly tracked it down and returned it to me. Thank you very much to the wonderful staff at the Quality Hotel.
