  I've been going to Jeremy for over 10 years now. Not only is he an excellent stylist but also an awesome human. He's great with all cut, colour, and styling. He always listens to what I'm looking for and is happy to recommend options if I'm not quite sure what I'd like. He's done an amazing job at fixing some home hair experimentation disasters over the years and  I've trusted him to go from brown long hair to a bright red 2008 Victoria Beckham shaved back bob.  The staff are all very welcoming and professional. Everyone's always making sure I have tea, water or a magazine.  The place itself is very nicely decorated and relaxing. All the seats in the back have an iPad and all the newest magazines so I'm always entertained while waiting for hair colour/treatments in the back.

  When my Yorkville hairdresser retired, I decided to look for a salon downtown near my condo, and I had a lot of choices. I methodically started to book appointments, but when I got to Qi Salon, I stopped because I had found the perfect place. Qi Salon is at the historic King Edward Hotel, and you can access the salon from both King St. East and the hotel lobby. Qi only does hair, so no spa facilities which means it can concentrate on what it does best, namely hair. The salon has a diverse ethnic staff and a similarly diverse clientele. In other words, it is a microcosm of what Toronto looks like. More to the point, the hairdressers are all good. When Jeremy, my hairdresser, is on vacation, for example, I have no problem putting my hair into the hands of any of the other hairdressers. Qi Salon also has a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere, interesting magazines, a great tea selection, and an iPad at every station. Best of all, however, are the competitive prices. It is not going to cost an arm and a leg to get a terrific haircut and colour. Incidentally, I like to do adventurous things to my hair and Qi Salon is willing to take the journey with me. In short, I love Qi Salon. My hair has found the ideal home.

  I’ve gone to Jeremy at Qi Salon for over two years. He is excellent - knowledgeable, talented, and personable. I’m always satisfied with the end result when I leave his chair; and the one time I was not comfortable with the way my colour turned out, Jeremy redid it no questions asked. The salon is well managed and always clean. The staff are also all friendly and welcoming.

  Extremely pleased with hair cut and style; professional and courteous staff; comfortable and inviting atmosphere; competitive pricing. I'll definitely be returning!!

  A decent haircut, with a wash and style (blow dry), turned out fine, however I was charged $96! Apparently, their haircuts range from $45-$95 and I was charged the most expensive cut, which I'm sure my haircut didn't qualify for. Was most certainly ripped off, a great start to the holidays.
