  I went here for a shellac mani pedi. Paid $73 and was very unhappy. They rushed me to pick my colors because she wanted to start my mani while I was getting my pedi, which I know is normal but it just seemed like they were rushing me. The pedi was horrible. She spent more time massaging my legs than actually doing my pedi. The water was barely luke warm, and my nails are very poorly done with the shellac already chipping. I might as well have just gotten regular polish.

  Theresa and Tien did amazing job on my shellack manicure and pedicure. For total of $74 I even got my calves and feet massaged! Excellent service and pricing.

  Just had a really bad mani and pedi. Spent over $70, got shellac for fingernails. Both are peeling and lumpy....was there less than 30 mins total!!! Toe nails are not even same length, and I had to file two fingernails because of jagged edges!!!! The worst!!!! It used to be good here! I will not go back after going here since it opened!!! Different management?

  Very disappointed! I have been going here for a few years. I would drive into the city 40 mins passing numerous nail salons on the way. I always enjoyed my nails, the experience and price. Unfortunately my 16 year old went with a friend two weeks ago and was completely ripped off. She asked for chrome and they painted glitter on, while charging her an extra $10. The gel nails are all in even, crooked and different thicknesses. I called and let him know I was unable to visit for a week but would be there Tuesday. I just left there feeling really sad by the way we were treated. While they spoke Vietnamese and laughing at us, he said that the nails have grown out to much already in one week to do anything about it. He only refunded me $5 saying that was the price for two chrome nails. If I wanted to pay half the fill they would fix it then. The nails are the worst we have ever had. They took advantage of a nice young lady and did a very poor job. There are too many other locations to have these kinds of services done. They lost our trust and business.
