::I brought in my laptop which one of my kids had dropped, thinking that the hard drive had failed and looking to have it replaced. I had called around town to check prices and Protec had the most reasonable so that is why I brought it there. Enrico was very friendly and advised me on the options for replacement parts. Through out the repair Enrico kept me informed and was very honest. The service was extremely fast. I will definitely be bring my broken electronics to him. Excellent service!
