  Great customer service with a wide range of options on anything you can think of. I want to give a special congratulation to Joelle (who works there) for her outstanding customer service, constant smile and very wide knowledge on all the products. I actually felt like she wanted to help as opposed to just doing her job minimally, getting paid and getting out of there. 5/5 would go back!

  This place is awesome! The employees know their stuff and want to help you! I went in to the store about a week ago fully prepared to buy a new Ashcatcher for my piece. I had owned it for a while and taken good care of it but it finally just wasn't pulling anymore and wasn't working. I walked up to the counter and spoke to the guy standing there and told him the situation. He then said to me this "listen man I would be more than happy to sell you a new ashcatcher but if the problem really lies in the perk not being clean, you should try this stuff first" and he put a green bottle of something called Klear kryptonite. He said "try this first and I promise you you won't have to buy a new ashcatcher" so I went home and tried it. 10/10 the piece looks brand new. Thank you so much Jonathan this is one statified customer.
