  My daughter and I just started there this year - accommodative; phenomenal instructors; make learning fun; introduce a variety of skills; beneficial for any age. If you haven’t joined yet do yourself a favour and join. You will feel like family.

  Very friendly group of people, supportive instructors and participants. Would recommend it to any one, regardless of age, gender, or previous experience, who wants to learn to defend themselves and loved ones. Training helps you feel more confident and stronger in mind, body and spirit. I did not start training until later in life, and am glad I did! Come and join in the challenge and fun!

  Really great dojo to learn self defence. With great instructors that are always making sure you’re doing your best and staying focused. Highly recommended :)
