  When on to get some skates sharpened and the guy told me that those skates arent getting done tonight. I said " Are you closing", he replied "No", i am sizing some skates. Really, 3 other people in the store and he couldnt take 5 min out of his time and get one of the other 3 guys to size some skates. May of only been a skate sharpening but i will never go back there for anything.

  Customer service! They have a lot of competition in the area. Online availability is also an option. I don’t think it is that hard to call a customer back once a $200 order has been done.

  They fitted my son with a bad helmet and would not take it back. Spent $500 and worst customer service ever!!!!!!!! The guy was so rude and the guy who sold us lied and guaranteed that helmet! What am i supoosed to exchange for and why wasnt this brought to our attention at check out. I outfitted my son's entire hockey season there and dont need anything else. And tried all helmets on! So disgusted will never recommend this store to anyone!!!!
