Live in Gatineau.. stopped for lunch on a Saturday before i shop a Lowes.. my shawarma was very fresh.. first time i see a shawarma with wholewheat bread.. I enjoyed it.. My husband said the fries where amazing... so i guess the people before us went on a wrong time.. I recommend this place ♡♡

There was multiple long hair in my shawarma. The owner refused to give my money back because I ate what he considered half the sandwich after I showed him the hairs. May I mention, he had long hair and wasn't wearing a hair net.

I've been here maybe 10 times and I've left with some negative experience. 1) prices are kind of absurd for the quality of food. 2) they need to charge less for a falafel, as everyone knows they're way cheaper to make than chicken. 3) you need to cater to the customer more. If I ask for Twbouleh or pepperonchini inside my falafal, DONT tell me NO. That is horrible customer service, and doesn't make sense. Don't charge me extra for it because that's also rude for what it is. 4) the Asian guy that works there is always in and mood or grumpy. 5) they round up prices on you at the cash and over charge sometimes. 6) need to give larger quantities for the price. Anyways, I've had too many annoyances compared to other shawarma falafal places. I won't be returning. Treat your customers with more respect and don't penny pinch them to death. We all know what kind of profits your making from...sandwiches.

Staff was efficient and friendly but $17 for a large fattoush salad with falafel is complete robbery. Apalling!

Worst shawarma I have ever had. Garlic sauce has 0 kick and I got extra. Veggies have no crunch, pita wasent on grill long enough. Potatoes are tasteless and cold. 0 flavour throughout my entire plate.
